Provo River Parkway

I took a detour on my way home from Santa Clara to visit my parents and our daughter who is attending BYU. As usual, we went for a run. My dad is approaching 70 years old and is still in great shape. My Mom joined us and walked at a brisk 17-minute mile pace. The Provo River parkway extends for 15 miles along the Provo river. It starts midway up Provo canyon and end at the outlet of the Provo river into Utah lake. Together we ran 3 miles at a nice pace in the early morning sunlight. The temperatures were in the upper 40s, perfect for running.
