Looks like at least a couple Trail Heads will be camping at the Uwharrie trailhead. (Squonk and Ringo....separate vehicles.)

For me, that means a sleeping back in the back of the Volvo wagon.

I'll have the Coleman stove stoked up for hot water Saturday morning. Stop by for a cup of hot chocolate or coffee, or bring your herbal tea.

the weather's looking horrible...I may be at the Hampton Inn...not sure I can handle the downpour they're talking about...rain, heavey at times...thunder...I'm keeping the options open.../sq
